Privacy Policy
What Positive Results by Sabrina collects when you use this site, why, and how to ask me to delete it.

Whose policy this is
This is the privacy policy for Positive Results by Sabrina. Where it says “I” or “me”, it means Positive Results by Sabrina.
The site runs on RaceMob, which hosts these pages and stores the information described below on my behalf and on my instructions. RaceMob uses it to run this website and the newsletter for me. If that ever changes, and RaceMob wants to use it for something of its own, I will update this page and say what changed before it happens.
This policy covers this website, the newsletter you can sign up for here, and comments on posts.
What I collect when you get in touch
When you fill in a form on this site I collect what you type into it. That is usually your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell me. I use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. I do not sell it, and I do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.
Forms on this site are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which works out whether a person or a bot is submitting them. It does not ask you to solve a puzzle, and it tells me nothing about you beyond that yes or no answer.
I keep what you send me until you ask me to delete it. There is no automatic expiry. If you want it gone, ask me, and see “Asking me what I have” below.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Analytics 4 beacon to count visits and see which pages
people read. It loads from google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com and sets cookies
in your browser. It records your approximate location, your device and browser,
and the pages you open. It does not tell me your name. You can block those
cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Some pages also load embedded tools from
calendly.com and public-api.wordpress.com.
Those providers may set their own cookies when the embedded tool loads.
If you subscribe to the newsletter
If you give me your email address through a sign up form on this site, I store that address, the date you signed up, the date you confirmed, and the IP address you signed up from. The IP address is there so I can show, if anyone ever asks, that the sign up was genuine.
Sign up is double opt in. You get one confirmation email, and nothing else is sent until you click the link in it. The emails are delivered by Emailit on my behalf.
Those emails record whether they were opened and whether a link in them was clicked. I use that to tell whether the writing is landing. If you would rather not be counted, blocking images in your email app stops the open from registering.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately.
If you leave a comment
If you comment on a post I store the name you give, the comment itself, your email address, and, for spam handling, the IP address and browser you sent it from.
Your name and your comment are published on the page, along with a link to your website if you give one. Your email address is required, is never published and never shown to other readers, and I use it only to reach you about your comment.
Who else touches this information
These are the companies that process information from this site on my behalf. Each of them does one job, and none of them is free to use what they see for anything else:
- RaceMob: builds and runs this website and stores everything described above.
- Cloudflare: serves these pages, and checks form submissions with Turnstile.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Analytics 4 beacon: analytics, as described above.
- Emailit: delivers the newsletter and the confirmation email.
- Mailchimp: several buttons on this site open Mailchimp forms, and what you type there is covered by Mailchimp's own policy rather than by this page.
Asking me what I have, or asking me to delete it
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me for a copy of it, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also tell me to stop using it. Write to me using the contact route below and I will do it myself. There is no form and no robot involved, and I will confirm when it is done.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter stops the emails, which is not the same thing as deleting your address. If you want the address removed as well, say so and I will remove it.
Children
This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given me their information, tell me and I will delete it.
If you live in California
California residents can ask me what personal information I hold, ask for a copy, ask me to delete it, and ask me not to sell or share it. I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. Asking costs you nothing, and I will not treat you differently for asking. Use the contact route below.
Changes to this policy
If I change how any of this works, I will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is a significant one, I will say so in the newsletter rather than leave you to notice.
How to reach me
Use the contact form and the message comes straight to me.
